1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper. -
