Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, D Rite Stuff. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. D Rite Stuff shall have the right to cancel or refuse any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged, D Rite Stuff will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic order or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. D Rite Stuff reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. D Rite Stuff reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2,000.00 (US) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Please note that for orders outside of Trinidad and Tobago the minimum purchase is US$ 100.00.
Sales Taxes
D Rite Stuff will automatically charge and withhold the applicable value added tax (VAT) for all orders. We do not sell duty free items.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall D Rite Stuff be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to D Rite Stuff arising from any product sold on the D Rite Stuff site shall be the price of the product order. Any sales by D Rite Stuff shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to Conflict of Laws rules. The customer consents to the Jurisdiction of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago for purposes of any suit, action or preceding arising out of any sale.
Title: Risk of Loss
Title to goods herein being purchased passes to the purchaser upon delivery of the goods to the purchaser, unless otherwise specified. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by D Rite Stuff is D Rite Stuff’s responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by the Customer is Customer’s responsibility.

D Rite Stuff hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by D Rite Stuff in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
